PHYS 332 - Electromagnetic Theory II

Solutions to Maxwell’s equations, electromagnetic waves, reflection and refraction. Fraunhofer and Fresnel diffraction, electromagnetic radiation, special relativity and relativistic electrodynamics. For majors and non-majors. Prerequisite: PHYS 331 or equivalent. Offered fall semester.
