HSCI 533 - Forensic Health of Offenders

This course provides an overview of forensic health issues as they relate to perpetrators of violent crimes, including intrafamilial violence, sexual violence, stalking, workplace violence, and homicide. Content also includes forensic roles, crime classifications, wrongful convictions, relationship between animal cruelty and human violence, offender needs and rights, juvenile offenders, and correctional health. Students also receive an introduction to criminal profiling. Spring semesters.
