Ancient Greek Minor

Students interested in the minor in Ancient Greek must complete the following requirements:
- One Foundations in Ancient Mediterranean Studies course (4 credits) in consultation with the Director of Undergraduate Studies (for example, “Daily Life in Greece and Rome” or “Mediterranean Myths, Then & Now”)
- Five courses (20 credits) in ancient Greek
Note:
- Two courses must be at the 300-level or above.
- Four courses (16 credits) must be independent of any other major or minor. In other words, only two courses can overlap with a major or with a different minor.
- Any course in which a student receives the grade of P or D shall not count toward the minor.
- Teaching practica (e.g., AMS391, GRK391, LAT391) shall not count toward the minor.
