The Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs Exclusively Online (MS HESA) program at Binghamton University prepares students for careers in higher education administration, student affairs, and related fields. The program is geared toward full-time higher education workers seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge. It is asynchronous and provides flexibility in the program timeline. Through coursework focused on integrating theory with practical experience, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to be effective leaders in higher education.

Admission Requirements
Admission is open to all individuals with a BA or a BS degree from a recognized college or university who meet the admission criteria. You also must have earned, at minimum, one of the following: -
A 3.0 GPA over your entire undergraduate career -
A 3.0 GPA during your last 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits of your undergraduate degree, with most courses graded regularly (not as “pass/fail”) -
A 3.0 GPA in a graduate degree, with most courses graded regularly (not as “pass/fail”) You must be working full-time in higher education. Course Requirements
